Frequently Asked Questions
-
My fee is $200 for a 50-minute session, and longer sessions are available if that feels helpful.
While I don’t bill insurance directly, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement, depending on your coverage.
-
I offer both in-person sessions in Austin and virtual sessions across Texas.
Some people appreciate the cozy, private feel of coming into the office, while others prefer the ease of meeting from home. Either way, we can find an option that fits your life.
-
Your session time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations are subject to the full session fee, but I know life doesn’t always go as planned — so everyone gets one late cancellation without a fee.
-
We’ll start with a conversation. You can share as much or as little as you’d like, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit for you.
I do first consultations online, so a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection are helpful.

Most people begin with weekly sessions at a regular day and time. Having that consistency can be really supportive, especially when life already feels full.
At the same time, I know that some seasons of life — like early motherhood or navigating infertility — don’t always follow a predictable schedule. We can talk through what feels realistic and find a rhythm that works for you.
-
I do not provide crisis counseling services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. For mental health crises, please contact the 24/7 crisis hotline at 512-472-4357.
-
If we begin working together, you can request a “Good Faith Estimate” that outlines your session fee and what you can expect to pay over time.
This is part of the No Surprises Act, which helps make healthcare costs more transparent.
